Shipping
We ship Australia wide and all orders are shipped with Australia Post.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
Our standard fee is a flat rate of $9.95 and if you require express post the cost is $14.95 if requested. This pricing structure applies to all mainland orders delivered to a residential or business street address, which the courier determines is safe to leave the order.
If the courier deems the delivery address unsafe, meaning there is a realistic possibility of the order being picked up by someone than the intended recipient, a card will be left informing the customer that the order will be taken to the nearest post office.
For this reason, we request that our customers provide a safe delivery address.
We use Australia Post standard shipping and please allow approximately 7-10 days for processing and shipping. Due to the current climate throughout Australia, there may be delays in shipping times. This is unfortunately outside of our control.
International shipping is a flat rate of $19.95 AUD. We do not take responsibility for specific countries duties, taxes and charges.
Refunds Policy
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email michelle@trixieandpixie.com with a copy of your receipt and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
